hereinafter referred to as ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’) is conducting a lucky draw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contest’) for Individuals (here in after referred to as ‘Participant’ or ‘Participants’ or ‘Members’ or ‘Entrants’ or ‘Them’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’). The Giveaway commences at the stated time on the giveaway itself and each draw is and concludes on the mentioned days, and the timer it holds in this case the promotional draw will halt on the 25th November 2020 at 12am, the draw will proceed live via Facebook live on our business page at 1pm that day.
The draw will be conducted in Kensington Sydney. ELIGIBILITY Participants shall be allowed to enter the Contest via official links provided by the website and social media platforms, IF: Participants agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions; and Participants purchase the package from the official links. PARTICIPANT’S ENTRY IN THE CONTEST We are giving away $1000 as a promotion of the ROO-FXPLUS brand.
In order to be eligible for the contest, participants are required to purchase a package which is a once only payment via the official links which once paid will allow them in the Contest and to pick a random number of their choice that does not exceed the number available or a number to which already has been claimed. Details of the packages can be found on the official website www.roo-fxplus.com.au The Participants will have to purchase either a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum package via www.roo-fxplus.com.au or links via our social media platforms which will automatically place you in the Draw. The Contest will be held on 25th of November and streamed live via our Facebook and Instagram accounts at 1pm AEST and conducted in Kensington, Sydney. The Winner of the prize will be announced live at 1.00pm on the 25th November 2020 via a Barrel Draw containing numbered balls. The announcement of winners will also be broadcast live on all our social media platforms. The Winners shall also be contacted via phone and email immediately at 1pm on the 1st of October 2020 after the announcement. Winners will be published online on the 25th of November 2020 via our social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, and published on our website at www.roo-fxplus.com.au and will be delivered by our team to the Winners within 15 business days after the draw. If the prize is unclaimed after a 3-month period of the initial draw, the prize will then be redrawn, and a new winner announced on February the 1st 2021 at 4pm AEST via our social media pages. ROO-FXPlus neither sells raffle tickets nor any tickets specifically to win these prizes. These prizes are strictly a promotional giveaway, which can be won by any person that purchases a package via our website or any official link, thereby becoming a Customer of ROO-FXPlus. Entries to the Contest are only provided as a promotional gift to Members or Customers of ROO-FXPlus and cannot be purchased and will not be sold separately. ROO-FXPlus entirely funds all of their promotions. Everything associated with this promotion is funded by ROO-FXPlus. ROO-FXPlus will be supporting the *********ADD CHARITY********* on their own accord by donating 5% for every package purchased after ad expenses. ROO-FXPlus pays for all the prizes and modifications on future giveaways and does not deduct this amount that is donated to charity. By becoming a Member or Customer of ROO-FXPlus the Participant agrees to enter the Contest and Agrees that: Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest and the promotional gifts shall be resolved individually with any form of class action; Any claims judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred in entering the Contest, but under no circumstances will ROO-FXPlus be responsible for any legal fees; Participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damage and any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out of pocket expenses incurred in entering the contest. In no event will ROO-FXPlus, their licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their advertising or promotional agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from access to, or use of, this website, electronic or computer malfunctions, or entrant participation in this contest, even ROO-FXPlus was advised of the possibility of such damages.
